Jesse Agyepong is the Managing Partner of Jesse Agyepong & Associates, the practitioner-led advisory firm he founded in Accra in 2021. The firm works across four disciplines — brand strategy, communications, public relations, and public affairs — advising ministries, listed companies, and category-defining brands across Ghana and the wider continent on the decisions that shape reputation, market position, and stakeholder trust.

The firm is built on a single editorial position: practitioners, not advisors. The counsel a client receives is the counsel of someone who has done the work at the highest levels — through two decades of senior leadership in consumer goods and telecommunications, a directorship at the Ghana Free Zones Authority, a technical advisory seat to a sitting Cabinet Minister, and the founding of two consulting firms of his own. In practice since 2003, he was named CIMG Marketing Practitioner of the Year in 2015.

His signature engagements span institutional initiatives of national consequence, brand and communications mandates for ministries and state authorities, and senior counsel to listed companies operating at the edge of category leadership. He is the founder of AI Ads The Law, the recurring forum convening regulators, agency leadership, broadcasters, and platform representatives on the legal and ethical architecture of AI-generated advertising in African markets.

He is concurrently Co-Founder and CEO of the Economic Club of Ghana, Founder of Nexus Innov8 Africa, and Founder of the Afiba Foundation. He speaks regularly on brand, leadership, and the African economic story, and is currently reading for entry to the Ghana Bar.

He works from Accra. The firm is selective about engagements and accepts a small number of new mandates each year.
